Didn't mean for this to be a rest day but it was.  Darren decided he needed to do shopping so i was home. My sister came to visit and used up most of Felicity's nap time. And then i started to feel like crap around the time Felicity was heading to bed. Ah well.  Better consistency this week than i've had in forever.

Cookie Day!!!!!

Early wo then fun with my sissy's at our annual cookie day. Jo and Meggles stopped by which was a nice surprise!!! Then out to eat at Kona grill afterwards. The only bummer was that Dave AND Kaity are both sick. Dave with a nasty cough and Kaity with a terrible earache and sore throat. And of course, the stupid docs office had NO sick appointments. Pisses me off. She rarely needs a doc and when she does, no room for you. if you ask me.

Did very low weight and very high reps in an attempt at come cardio. I cannot do planks in the regular manner and must do them one legged while keeping up my leg with heavy cast on it. Not f'ing easy.
