Pretty much the same run a yesterday, a little warmer.  Tried to push the pace some more.  Legs felt pretty good considering it is 5th day in a row.  Did some light strength training before heading out.
Tougher to get a run in from home in the mornings as the sun comes up later and later.  Summer fading too fast!  Although the temps this week will be closer to late July!
Just to state the obvious... Kanye West is an idiot.

Just feeling run down but the leg is finally starting to heal and not cause as much pain. Will try another run today. I have a huge certification test that I have to take by 9/28 and I am having a hard time balancing that, a busy workload at work and trying to work out in the process.

So my middle child missed the bus this morning. I tried to tell him to hurry up but I am starting to wonder if that boy has a hurry up mode in him. It is frustrating dealing with his laziness and I need to figure out a way to make him understand that the things he does or does not do impacts the other people in his family!

Getting my teeth cleaned tomorrow. I plan on adjusting my menu and eliminate sugar as much as possible. Working with an essential oil mixture for both blood pressure and cholesterol. This will be my last ditch effort to get off of BP meds, I've already stopped taking the cholesterol poison. I'll see how that worked out next week when I get my annual physical.
