Dakota was admitted last night for intensive in-patient treatment at a psychiatric facility that specialized in adolescent-aged kiddos.  I'm hoping beyond hope that she will be getting the help she needs.  
On the home-front, we *should* be getting a bed-frame today, and *maybe* getting the couch tomorrow.  WOOT!  I also have a nail in the rear tire of my motorcycle and so have to have a local shop come to pick it up and tow it to their shop as the darned thing is flat, flat, flat... and no, the CO2 cartridges can't be used to help in this situation.  I already checked.  ;)
We also got THE.BEST care package in the mail yesterday from friends of ours in Wisconsin... devoted entirely to the pups!  There were toys & treats and then more treats.  Enough to wear them out after playing for a couple of hours.  They're pretty cute when they're not being totally annoying.  ;

So last night I was in bed at 8:57pm, because I had been dozing in and out on the couch since 8:30.  Lame!  haha  Not surprisingly, once again woke up sometime before my alarm went off at 4:50am.  But hey, at least I'm getting plenty of sleep, I guess.

3x10: squat to overhead press, sumo deadlift high pulls, ex ball db chest press, db bentover rows, lunges, goblet lateral lunges, bicep curls, overhead triceps extension, hanging leg raise; 3x20 ex ball weighted crunches

Today is a cross training day, thinking about an easy spin on the bike and more yoga.  
I stretched and foam rolled a good bit last night after my treadmill run and it definitely helped the legs.
It was after 7 by the time I cleaned up from dinner and I was pretty full o bike work out was not going to be a good idea.  Figured more strength training was in order.
So Proud of Miss Thing!  She is in her Freshman year and being asked to TA as a sophomore!  
   Miss Thing:  My bio psych professor asked me to apply to be her TA for next year and I can get credits for it and she said she would help with my research project!

MT: I  find out about the TA position about the same time as the peer mentor position and I have to choose between them but I'm pretty sure the TA would be better
