It is an honor to be picked for NYCM but I am a bit concerned about how my knees will do with long distance. I will test my knees on the Half portion of Vineman 70.3 in July 2013 and again in Air Force Half Marathon in Dayton OH in Sept. I haven't run a full marathon since 2010

10.5 weeks to go until we toe the line at the biggest marathon in the world!!! My training is going well so far and it should start to get cooler temps here in Virginia which will help. I got in the lottery last year, but the race ended up being cancelled and took the reentry option.

Hope everyone's training is going well!

I just finished the NYC marathon on Sunday and I think I'm going to venture into triathlons. I am doing an Olympic distance and I want to do a 70.3 next year too. Any advice?
