Got my shipment in yesterday ... like the new uniforms in terms of comfort.  The design ensures that you will not be lost in the crowd.

No stickers here either. Did get the "dog bowl" and, unfortunately, a wrong flavor (Strawberry-Banana instead of Tri-Berry).  They must have been packing these in a hurry.

In my opinion, that is the best way to describe the outfit!  When I tried it on and looked in the mirror...I was a tad overwhelmed. 

That does seem a bit off...

I like the uniforms.  Definitely won't be lost in the crowd and my wife will be able to pick me out easily.  I like the longer top, it doesn't ride up like the shorter tops. 

I can't figure out what the 'dog bowl' is for.  I think they threw that in just to confuse us and to sit back and laugh at the crazy comments we make on the forums while trying to figure out what it is.  My wife put the 'dog bowl' in my 'sports closet' and filled it with a bunch of my loose junk that's sitting around in that closet.

Here's some ideas for the "dog bowl":

* Bring an accordian and monkey to your next race, and start playing as soon as the race is over. Put the "dog bowl" out on the cround in front of you. Never know, might be able to pay for your race that way.

* If your head is pretty small, it might make a great baret (or tam, for ScottinSeattle)

* Seat cover for the T-zone in case of rain.

* Or, since you're now a company shill for GU, put it out there somewhere in the T-zone with some GU samples and share the love. Kind of a "pay it forward" thing.

sixjester - 2008-04-28 9:42 AM I got my stuff on Friday.....woohoo!!! However, my medium top is T-I-G-H-T. I can't even get the top zipped up On a positive note, the shorts fit great and I used my GU at my triathlon yesterday morning.

Same here, can't wait to get it in as I'm doing the bike portion of a relay in a few weeks and wanted it for that!

As far as the "dog bowl" goes, I really need to take a picture of our littlest one (he's 2) as when he puts it on his head it looks totally like a little beret for him!!

Got my Giro yesterday!!  I got it in Medium in the blue/black/white color (to go along with the blue/white tri outfit).  I threw on a couple of the medium sized Gu stickers to supprt the sponsor already!

I was hoping it would get here before Columbia and it did, so I'll be all pimped out for the relay!  It looks awesome and is a nice snug fit.

I still don't have my second confirmation email.

How long from when you received the email, until you received the helmet? 

I'd expect to hear something this week.
