LOL....arrive @ 6:30 and help up until 2 mins before race.....no warmup

Very few workouts and a whole lot of weight gain = no pr this time... not even close...... down a whole min per mile off pr pace......oh, well, a little humble pie is good for you I guess.
What would you do differently?:

NOT EAT SO MUCH OVER HOLIDAYS

What limited your ability to perform faster:

lack of good run workouts, no lack of eating lately.

WTG on the run! I too gained some weight during the holidays and having a hard time getting it off. Good luck! Doing any other races this year? I am doing the MAP for the 2nd time.
