Comments: Very few workouts and a whole lot of weight gain = no pr this time... not even close...... down a whole min per mile off pr pace......oh, well, a little humble pie is good for you I guess. What would you do differently?: NOT EAT SO MUCH OVER HOLIDAYS Post race

arrived early to volunteer...helped give out bib #'s/chips
LOL....arrive @ 6:30 and help up until 2 mins before race.....no warmup
