Its my first HIM to, it looks like a lot of us are in the same boat! Im as well very nervous...it shall be quite the expierence. You should call your old friends I bet they'd love to see you crush the distance. Plus crowd support is always loved in the final miles

I have no idea, but I do know that it is now 15 weeks from yesterday!!  What's the longest freak out session prior to a race..because I am already starting to get nervous.

Biked on some hills this weekend and boy am I in trouble! We still have 12 weeks, so I will try to get more hill training in.  I've done with swim distance + several times.  My long bike so far is 32 miles and long run has been about 7.  I fully expect to do race distances a couple of times in May, as I have time off from work and the in-laws will be in town to watch my 2 sons.

I just signed up for Musselman! I can't wait! My boyfriend is doing the mini-mussel the day before and it will be his second triathlon! We're going to make the whole trip a camping, wine-tasting, gorge jumping, fishing and boating affair- I can't wait!

Oh this guy is!!! I just got back from long ride and it was tough, and yesterdays 8 mile run wasn't anything to write home about. Here's to hoping I can pull it together in a month.
