Comments: Very disappointed although I shouldn't have expected any different seeing as I've done basically no swimming for the last six months!!! What would you do differently?: Train (ocean specific)!! Transition 1

Comments: Wasn't too bad although I've only really been riding about 60 to 70 kms a week for the last 6 weeks so couldn't expect too much. Felt like I took it pretty easy and could've pushed a bit harder. What would you do differently?: Train more!!! Transition 2
Comments: As I have slip in pedals I didn't have to take shoes off and put shoes on. Made it quick. Couldn't feel my feet though when I started running which was a little disconcerting (to say the least!!) What would you do differently?: Nothing - maybe wear socks on the ride? Run
Comments: Felt pretty good - especially overtaking the little pretty boy who tried to cut me off at about the 2 km mark. Thoroughly enjoyed that!! What would you do differently?: Nothing really Post race

Had a couple of Weet Bix with milk and a banana (at about 5.45 - race started at 8.15). was at the tri by 7.30 to get my bike into the compound.
Did a little stretching and walked around a bit in the water.
