Subject: Buying Cervelo P2C - Selling Cervelo P2SL
I currently ride a Cervelo P2SL with the Ultegra package. I just learned that Cervelo is now offering the P2 Carbon Ultegra complete bike for around $2500, and i can get an extra 10% through my tri club (a Cervelo dealer).

Does anyone ride or have any experience on the P2C? Positive and negative comments equally appreciated!

BTW, that means my 2007 P2SL, 54 cm, anodized charcoal in color, with approx 150 miles that is in almost new condition is for sale. I paid $2200 and I'll take $1800 for it, post if you're interested and we can talk.

Anyone else?

Sigh. Your "old" bike's exactly what I'm looking for, but just can't swing the dough right now. And you wouldn't even have to ship it to me.

You're probably gonna get more appropriate responses if this were posted in the Classifieds.

Love love love my P2C. Biking became my strength last year. It is a fast, comfortable ride. Congratulations, I am sure you will not be disappointed.

I bought one last year as well. It was love at first ride. I upgraded from an old aluminum frame road bike. i never knew bikes could ride this smooth. i have never known anyone to be disapointed by this bike.

Don't forget about the tax rebate.

Curious as to why you paid 2200 for you P2SL w/Ultegra as it retailed for 1750 last year. Did you buy upgrades? If so, which ones.

BTW, you can buy '08 p2sl for $1650

My mistake, it's actually the Dura Ace package with the black anodized frame, not the Ultegra package.

It retailed for $2000, plus the pedals, tax, etc. and totaled over $2200.
