Nice walk with Angel for first 11 miles, saw I needed to average <12m/m to finish under 3 hours, so jogged the last 2.1.

Nice race as always, new course was a good change. Disappointed that they ran out of medals before we finished, all we got was an IOU.

Bet the new course was pretty nice.  Glad they took it out of the "shotgun house graveyard."  One day we'll make it back there.  Hope you can pick the running back up without injury!

DUUUUUUDE! I can't believe I didn't know you were in for the Mardi Grass 1/2!!! I am such a dork and totally spaced out about the fact that you live down there. It would have been an honor to meet THE bears

I loved the city a lot and the people were just super nice. I will come back for sure maybe next year for the 70.3

Congrats to you and the wife!
