Daily MV,
Glucosamine/Chondroiton,
Fish Oil,
Whey Protein Powder,
and a good diet of lean protein, veggies and a smattering of good carbs.
I try to practice the KISS method on this stuff...eat well and keep the rest as simple as possible.
