I would like to find an Ironman training schedule. I have been looking all over the internet, but only find sites that want to charge crazy amounts of money for them. I see that you have a training schedule for the 1/2 triathlon and I am wondering if you offer one for the full triathlon. Great site by the way! The best site by far that I have found so far.

I don't know if Ron will include an IM plan here, but a cheaper alternative to the internet plans is books - beIRONfit or Training Plans for Multisport Athletes both have IM plans ( and I think they're pretty decent)

J. Friel's Triathlete Training Bible has everything you will ever need in my opinion. You can make your training program as scientific and detailed as anyone short of (and probably including) a pro would want or need. Took me about three days of reading and planning and my 2005 season is done. Feel free to check out my training log, although I just started filling it in and only have one week right now.
