Thanks, very cool. I like when he said he likes to "slow things down". His slow is probably my fast, chuckle chuckle!! If I tried to slow down similiar to him I would probabl sink but the idea is a great one.

Here's another article that talks about swimming slowly to improve coordination and timing. The swim slowly section is near the bottom.
