I've been partial to the 1st Edurance multi-vit but the only way I can get it is to order it online, and pay shipping.

I'm thinking about taking my bottle and going to GNC to compare.

Wondering what other multi-vit brands others are taking...

I was looking for the selection radio button for "Jack Daniels" but failed to find it. How could you possibly leave out such an important multi-vitamin that is used by so many athletes!

Mega Man was me. For the first time ever I actually bot a second bottle.  I supplement w/ some extra Vitamin C (also GNC).

Still not sure of any "real" benefit I think it's more percieved. I'm eating healthier and working out harder than any time in my life so I figure it can't hurt.

Finally, I didn't do a lot of research. Just convenient and reasonable so I buy them. Sound familiar?

Centrum Silver.  My cardiologist has me take it because I'm on Coumadin - Centrum Silver has a lower percentage of Vitamin K, which counteracts the anticoagulation effects of Coumadin.

Plus, I'm old...

I've started taking vitamins and supplements for about a month now. Along with the multivitamin, I take Calcium/Magnesium, Omega 3-6-9 and Fish Oil.

And, after watching Oprah ( I know, I know), I take half a dose, twice a day. Apparently, you get better absorption by taking them more often (and with food, of course).

Can't say I notice anything different yet, but I do have some bloodwork that needs to be done soon so I'll know more from the doc.

Actually, the Flinstones vitamins have an adult dosage on the bottle. I took them for a while, but only the red and purple ones. I didn't really like the orange ones. Now, I use Centrum Performance, which is not as fun to take.

You would think, that with me and my wife both being in the medical field (she's an RN in a busy E/R) that we would be better about stuff like that. I am getting a little better...but not much.

Mine too.  They are great because the gummy bears mean I am more likely to actually take them.
