Subject: KC MULTISPORT Saterday rides

I joined KCM this spring and have not gone to any of the rides yet....

Are there different distances / lengths of time?

I am thinking of going tomorow morning but i am scheduled for a 1:15 ride and 20min run. I know i should get out there and meet every one. Im in a recovery week and on a fairley strict workout schedule

We rode Saturday, you missed a great ride! Six of us went to Edgerton and back just over 60 for me. Usually it is up to you, do what you want? Most of the time it is more than six a(think there was a Duathlon someplace that drew the crowd down & cool for most) and enough for two or three groups per distance and pace. We Averaged just over 19 Saturday with a pit stop @ Edgerton.

I have inlaws in town next weekend so I can't make, but show up, it is a great group of people and you won't get dropped if you are struggling and need company just ask.

I will be out for the 2nd Saturday in May, hope you can make it!

I have to work all sat mornings, but they do have Thursday night rides starting from SMP @ 6:30 I believe.

Official Thursday night rides have not started yet, not on the calander.

The Thursday night ride is usually 1st a open water swim, (when available) either laps around the park, or leave the park and ride west for 25 to 30 miles.

Saturday distances (30 to 100 miles) depend's on the day and how many groups, some people just turn around when they need to.
