Pasta for dinner on Thursday(1000cal) 3. big breakfast on Friday (1000) 4. Eat normal for lunch(600) 5. Easy run 30’ (100 yrd pick ups) 6. dinner(800 cal)w/ 20 oz Gatorade at dinner. 7. 7 hrs of sleep. 8. 5:30 Sat GA 20 oz, and 210 cal balance bar. 9. 7:25 gel 10. start at 7:30 AM 11. Water every mile 12. 8:30 pace for 5 miles (155 bpm) 13. gel at mile 4 14. 8:00 pace for 5 miles (165 bpm) 15. gel at mile 8 16. 7:30 pace for 3.2 mile at Z4 (172 bpm) 17. gel at 11 mile and run like H#$$ to finish
