Congrats on your sub-2hr half.  That's a great accomplishment, esp for your first half-mary.

Absolutely incredible!

I never doubted you, but to get such a good time is just great.

Way to go. See, I told you if you just applied yourself you would do okay.

But a Breakfast Sandwich????

Well, I guess it helped.

Y'know - I would move to Canada just to have Tim Hortons. I'm glad it worked for you - must've been the reason for the smoking-fast first 1/2mary. Or maybe it was your consistent training and hard work. Or maybe it's 'cause good stuff happens for good people.

OK, so I have no idea, but I'm thrilled you did so awesome!!! Congratulations on finishing your first 1/2, congratulations on the wicked-fast time, and congratulations on what must be an excellent finishline photo!

Great job on the sub-2 hour 1/2!!  That's awesome!!!  I'm glad it was pain free for you, too.  That's even better news.

I'm also amazed at having Tim Horton's before a race.  I don't think I could do it until after the race.

Great race report! I am checking out people's half stories from the weekend, have yet to write my own. You did awesome, so exciting to break that 2 hr barrier on the first race! love the Tim's note, glad it didn't interfere! Congratulations!

Super-Nice 1/2 Marathon. It takes a lot of horse power to get Clydesdale up an 8% grade.

Awesome race!  You're an inspiration...

Breakfast sandwiches are my pre-race food of choice (McDonald's Egg McMuffin), but I try to finish it at least 2 hours before the race...

Great run and great effort...
