Subject: Profile Design - Great Customer Service
Yesterday, as I went out for a ride, I noticed an issue with my aerobar arm rest.  When I took a closer look, I saw that the brace underneath the pad had cracked.  I was afraid that I may have to purchase an entirely new set of aerobars, but I wanted to call Profile Design first to see if I could just buy a part.  After a quick call to their customer service department, they are sending out new arm rests and pads - no questions asked, and no charge.  After getting such good service, I wanted to share with the rest of BT.

That's awesome! Normally a new set of pads and velcro adhesive alone cost between $15 - $20 at the LBS, so they really saved you some cash there
