Regular  88  Hickory, North Carolina |  Subject: Did my first ever 10-mile Run today!Felt good up until mile 8... slowed down through mile 9 but was okay... crashed pretty hard on mile 10... but I made it. Ten miles feels good. |

I walked around all day telling everyone that I had run 10 miles. I worked it into almost every conversation, "Could you pass the salt, because I ran 10 miles today" |
