In regards to the video, what was up with the swimmer in the green cap at the bottom of the screen swimming before everyone else? CdA is two loop swim. The Pro start is 35' before the AG start. That's so that the pros are on the second lap before 2100 AGers churn up the lake. The green cap was on of the slower Pros starting their second lap. |
