So I finally did my first Triathlon!!

 Denver |  Subject: So I finally did my first Triathlon!!So I finished my first Triathlon on Sunday! I felt pretty prepared for it as I have been training pretty hard. I basically started biking and training for it 10 weeks earlier. My over all place was 139 out of 303, and I was 9 out of 18 in my age group. I posted my splits below. It was very rewarding and I cant wait to do my next one in 3 weeks and eventually start training for an Oly! Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who has helped me through this experience. I definitely couldnot have done it without your advice, expertise, and help. Thanks guys!
500 YD swim: 10 min 17.6 Mile Bike: 52 Minutes 5K run: 30 min |
