Subject: During and post workout drinks...
Im looking for some insight from BT members on powders in which i can use on the bike (long rides and for the races), along with a post workout...

i have looked at the hammer products, both the Recoverite and Heed. I also know my uncle use to use cytomax i believe for on the bike drink...

Being that my focus for the remainder of my first tri season will be sprints, i dont believe i need anything more then a good during and post workout mixes...

What do you all think? Feel free to give me your suggestions, along with what you like!

During;  50/50 gatorade/ice                                                                                                         after:  chocolate milk                      generic choices, but works for me

During - 50/50 H2O (local Gatorade equivalent, but better IMHO) and water...

LoL there are 3-4 threads on the front page about fueling during and/or after.

Based on some of the threads I have read here I have switched to chocolate milk post workout, alot more cost effective.

Read some of the threads on Infinit, have heard very few with anything bad to say about it.  Many swear by it.

I just need to stay away from the coffee before......you know, its a diuretic (and after having 2 kids, all the ladies will agree, that you have to keep your bladder empty)!!!!!
