Did my 5k as the second half of my run on Sat. I picked up the pace modestly over my otherwise easy pace. Just wanted to go hard enough to feel the fatigue in my legs and the increase in my breathing and heart rate. To feel 'alive'.

Thought about how lucky I am to be able to do this at all. And how fortuante I am to have the support of family & friends, many of whom I've never met other than on-line. I imagine Christine must have felt that way at times too.

We will miss you Christine, but you will always be a part of our family here at BT.
