swim was great too. think i came out place 8. shouldn't have worn my wet suite to save time during T1.

bike ride was great. i actually happened after the run. only one person passed me, but I passed 2-3 other people

run was slower due to getting of course and running in sand (beach, dunes). got off the course like many other people and lost probably like 3-4 minutes.
