In the morning I take a 500mg VitC and maybe a 600mg Coral Complex. Post workout, my protein shake of choice is granola Source of Life by Natures Plus with some WF (Whole Foods) brand soy protein. The Natures Plus has a lot of stuff and is great at keeping me going (bioflavs, spiru,enzymes,lipids,bee pollen,choline,paba, etc) but gets expensive. During the day some WF Omega3 flax seed oil. After long runs I down WF MSM 500mg/Chon 500mg/Glucosamine 1000mg tab (WF brand). At night I sleep after a couple GHR3 HGH tabs.

All are non-GMO, no artificial sweeteners (sucralose, aspartame, saccarin, etc)

did the same for my dog, and she feels great.  However, when I take it, it makes me feel full and then I don't eat as much, and that doesn't cut it with my training.  Anyone else have this side effect?  I also take a women's active multivitamin, flax seed oil and drink endurox and accelerade.  oh, and I forgot about the crack, is that a supplement?
