I'm no authority but from what I've read recently, make sure you're well hydrated and eat something to start replacing your spent energy, maybe something salty if you suspect hyponatremia.

Is it hot where you're at today? Did you drink enough water/sports drink? Are your muscles cramping up?

Once while biking I pushed it too hard in 95 and humid conditions...I wasn't properly hydrated or keeping my electrolites in check. I was feeling sick, faint, a little dizzy. My muscles also got very sore and began cramping very hard...sure sign of trouble...

Check you temp...if your body temp is high, I'd be careful, need to get that down...otherwise I'm thinking rest and replenishing your nutrients is good.

 Hey Ninja-

I feel exactly the same way as you do after a long run. I think it's just b/c we are pushing our bodies so hard, it's not used to the extra amount of work. Like for a good 4 hours after my long runs (usually an hourlong run), I feel hot, tired, cold and clammy all at the same time. Sometimes my stomach really hurts also and can last til the next day. Doesn't usually happen on my shorter runs (around 30-40 minutes.)

 I hope you feel better!

you are a believer in overtraining? push it too hard and it will blow, i read a post you put up a while ago about this, be careful as if you overstretch too much it can really mess you about especially seeing as you are quite young
