Don't forget to hug your loved ones extra tight today.  And make sure you take a moment of silence for all those that perished on this day 7 years ago in a senseless act of violence.

Where were you?  I was taking my boys out for a walk with my neighbor and her kids.  Aaron was in the baby backpack and Ryan was in the stroller.  My neighbor's hubby called her on the cell to tell her to come home right away.  The twin towers were hit by a plane.  I got home, turned on the TV and called Clint cuz I was scared and then my Dad.  He knew it was Bin Laden right away.  Crazy.  I remember looking up in the sky, later that day, and seeing nothing but blue.  No jet wash, no clouds, perfectly still.

I posted my statement in a COJ thread that was started about the same question.  I was at work when my colleague received a phone call from his wife reporting the 1st attack.  Then she called again shortly about the 2nd plane.  We found a T.V. and watched CNN.  I was HORRIFIED!

One of the most inhumane and senseless acts.
