Any reviews on F2R's wetsuits.  I just browsed their site, and they've got good prices on clearance wetsuits, wondering if anyone's had experience with their suits?

I rented one from them last year.  I don't know alot about tri wetsuits but the construction was quality as were the materials.  The customer service was great.

I'd rent (or buy) from them again.

I bought the F2R Aquaflex longsleeve from their clearance sale.

I've worn it for 2 sprint tris and have been very happy so far.  I'm no expert but the swim is my strongest leg and if there were any issues I like to think I might have picked them up.  Seems well made and fits nicely.

It's plain black, which could be a positive or negative depending on your point of view.  I kinda like it.  FYI according to their customer service rep, the only difference between the Aquaflex and the Hydroflex is the color.

My experience with F2R during the sale was very good also.  If you have any doubts about sizing etc I recommend giving them a call.  One note - their warranty does not completely apply to clearance models.  If you have a problem with a clearance suit you can return it, but only for a credit towards their new 2008 Sockeye model (not for a cash refund).

Good luck.

I also bought an aquaflex on clearance from them. They were very helpful with sizing and answered all of my questions quickly. I really like the suit and will not hesitate to do business with them again.

We use the F2R Sockeye suits for work (Team In Training) my participants love them. Most of the people are first time triathletes and first time wetsuit swimmers, but others are experienced triathletes. Everyone loves the fit and flexibility.

I recently got my hands on a Sockeye Full for some OWS and really like it. The neoprene is thin, but it still has great buoyancy. I went from a QR Ultrafull to the Sockeye and haven't seen any negative effects on my swimming. The Sockeye is much easier to get off during race pace transitions.

Ove my F2R. Customer service is excellent. I tried a clearance, but didn't fit me. So they sent a brand new one, it fit and only charged $50 more than the clearance for the new suit! Paid for shipping, too.

I just did a triathlon with Team in Training and LOVED my F2R wetsuit.
