If it's not too late, I'd be interested in joining this competition.

I'm pretty sure i could put in 40 miles in a month... but for a competition maybe 50?

My personal goal for the year is 366 miles... this would certainly push me to exceed that goal.

Looking around I saw  where the teams place  as of the end of week two .

First place so far goes to the Loquacious Dark Arts  followed by the  Massive Monsters

Third  place was Headless Horseman , followed  closely in a tight race  by ZZZZombies, Villainous VampiresWicked Werewolves  and  Ghosts and Ghouls  , and  trailing behind  is the  Creepy Clowns.

Plenty of time left to overtake or pull off an upset.

Hope all your workouts pay off with faster & more enjoyable races .  Cheers .

Following your lead I took a look into each spreadsheet so that I could see each team's % completions. It appears that different teams are using their spreadsheets in different ways. Some are logging cummulative monthly totals into each week's column while other teams are logging only the miles from each week. Taking all this into account, the week two results seem to be:

Dark Arts 42.59%
Clowns 42.58%
Monsters 39.93%
Horsemen 38.46%
Warewolves 37.35%
Zombies 36.94%
Vampires 36.34%
Ghosts & Ghouls 35.14%

So, it seems that the Dark Arts can run and chat at the same time! Congrats!

There's still lots of time for lots of running. Let's take them down!

I was going to tabulate the results, but I don't know the rule about overages and it appears I am too lazy....anyone up to it?

Although it does appear as though most people hit it pretty hard. Nice!

As a lot of people were busy with Halloween On Friday Im giving everyone until MOnday to get results posted then I will get something up. Didnt see the point in doing it before the stragglers got themselves up to date!
