A snippet on my registration receipt suggested there are only 4 water stations along the half mary route. Does anyone know if this is indeed the case? If so, do you recommend carrying water or is 4 stations enough in the colder temps? (I'd like to make sure I'm fully hydrated before I start downing the beer.)

This is my first half mary in cooler weather, so I appreciate the insight of the more experienced.

Everybody's different.  I would suggest doing whatever you are comfortable with and have trained doing.

I can run a 1/2 Mary with whatever they offer on the course and don't require additional fluids, especially in this kind of weather.  Others may not.

Good luck at Lake Mills!

I ran this race last year, and they only had 4 water stations.  The last mile of the race I cramped and ended up walking to the finish line.  This year, I will be carrying a fuel belt.
