Ate bagel and drank some water. Cool morning so tried to stay warm.

Comments:

Mass start so had some traffic to deal with. Also had one person who just did not want me to pass him so had to keep playing with paces. Finally dropped him on a hill.

Warm up jog.

Cold at start. Not warmed up properly.
