Comments: Was feeling good until I got to mile 1 1/2. Then I had trouble catching my breath as my head cold really kicked in. I was happy that I was able to finish and was able to go 40 seconds faster than last year. If I was healthy I was hoping to go in the 37 - 39 minute range. What would you do differently?: Not be sick  Post race
Warm down: Nothing really. Just got changed and went home What limited your ability to perform faster: Being sick Event comments: They had a ton of morning of registrations and this backed up the chip pickup line. The chip pickup line actually spilled over onto the course and cause the race to be delayed for 15 minutes while the last minute people picked up their chips. Capri Events always does day of chip pickup and the lines are always long. I've run enough to know to show up early to get my chip. Overall they are fun races though. Woke up that morning with a tremendous head cold. I took a bunch of different medicine and headed out the door. Probably wasn't the smartest thing for me to run.
Nothing really. Just got into the starting corral as I felt terrible
