Roni and I did our first OLY (aka Intermediate, or International) in Frenchtown in Sept. It was really fun! Are you following any particular plan? Took a peek at your logs. I'm following a sprint tri training plan from this site right now and just trying to build volume without injury as well. Talk to you more later, Dustin |
