Hi, I am training for a half marathon in may and started training for a Olympic triathlon in June.
Is it smart to train with a bt plan but to keep my running the same? My Long Distance run is around 20-26k and just run 2 other times a week?
Would the cross training be benificial?

last season i was training for sprints and decided to do a 1/2 marathon trail run late in the season. this year i'm training for a couple olys and a couple half-marathons. i used the oly run-emphasis training program here on bt and adjusted the runs against a hal higdon half-marathon training. i can email you what i came up with, if you like. just pm me your email address.
