Hey,

I had a really good swim today. It felt so good that I went beyond my plan all the way to 2500m.

I'm hoping my knees are ok for a run tomorrow.

This definitely not a chatty group!

I ran on a treadmill yesterday. My knees are OK, but I hated every minute on that hamster wheel. I don't run it often but I don't remember it being so bad. It may be dark or cold or hot or raining, but I much rather be running outside.

Last challenge we had about 80 pages of chat. This month, I've been way busy with so much stuff going on. Starting to get into my groove for my Ironman training program, but I still have to adjust it every so often - had a few days where I did all 3 swim, bike and run. 4 weeks into it, and I'm seeing some progress - swim times are getting faster, the knee is healing, I'm getting stronger in the weight room. There's a lot of good stuff on the horizon.

Hi Gang!!!
Sorry I'm not so chatty, but my internet time all-together is limited this month with busy work stuff (and new year's resolution to cut back on internet time at work)... and busy stuff at home...  yes, my Christmas tree is still standing

However, at least I am still getting in my workouts, but this whole idea of following the plan SUCKS!!!  and I even wrote it myself so it'd be easier to follow....

Hi team!  I'm back from sunny San Diego where I was vacationing last week.  I managed to get several runs in while I was out there, including a run along the coast and several treks up Black Mountain which entailed 960 ft of climbing over 2.2 miles.  That was a fun workout

Hope everyone's training is going well!  I will try to get in my last few miles of running in the snow before the end of the month

I've already met my cycling goal. Swimming should happen tomorrow. Running - eh, the knee - so I'll probably end up short there. But, that was the point of this right? To try to get as close as we could.

I met my swimming goal with today's swim. I'll get one more run in tomorrow morning but between an injury and weather issues I won't even be close to my goal. I did my best.

That's okay.  It was supposed to be a difficult challenge

I need one more run of about 4.5 miles to reach my goal.  That should happen tomorrow.  TO be honest I'm surprised I'm actually in position to reach my goal

I normally would ride on a Saturday, but for this challenge decided I needed one last run in to meet my goal - so run it was today. Hit my running goal on the nose!

Okay gang, so sorry I didn't reach my goals (at least not all of them)  I really lacked on the strength workouts.
But the good news is I did get my bike and ski days all in.  I almost met my swim goal, if only I would've gotten up on Tues morning (of course then I might not have made my bike goal).

I promise I will try again in February.

SORRY
