Great race today and my family loved it as well. I lost about 2 minutes on my bike ride because on mile 15 I helped another biker with a flat tire. Gave him a Co2 cartridge and rolled out. Other then that I made up for it on the run.

- Cannot wait until my next race at Monti Clair

Hopefully I will see you all there!

MDHillSlug - 2009-05-10 4:35 PM I had a pretty poor swim but had a great race overall. I don't think we could have had better weather!

I'm sorry I didn't really meet anyone, although I did recognize Sweetcorn by her bike and said hi (as I was passing her by)

HA HA True that!

Before the race I took a walk through the transition area hoping to spot your bike, but it was just too crowded. How was your race?

Good. First this season. Second over all. I cut 30 minutes off my last one. LOL but then again I was riding my mothers comfort bike with a bell and mirror for my first tri...

The swim sucked for me. Not sure what was wrong. Nerves maybe....I just coulnt seem to get my breathing right. How was it for you?

Sounds like my swim. It didn't have anything to do with the cold, just couldn't relax. I could have done so much better! The rest of the race was excellent and overall was awesome. Improved on all times from last year.

I don't see any info about who was doing the race photography. Anyone know anything about this?

If it's like last year's Setup events, we should be getting an e-mail in a few days from the photographer.

Looking forward to the pics as well.
