Has anyone used CTS Training Systems

I have used CTS and was very satisfied with the program and service they provided. I had the most basic package and it worked out good for me. Last year, my primary goal was to do a century on my bike(in a respectable time). I signed up and they really got me going. I was able to complete my century in about 6 hours w/ and avg speed of 18 mph. Actual riding time was more like 5 hrs 20 min. Anyway, they do a decent job. Never used them for triathlon though. Stopped there service when I decided to cut back some of my monthly expenses, but will use them again in the future.
