SIDS Fundraiser Announcement


SUNDAY
February 15, 2009
Montgomery Mall

10:00 AM till 2:00 PM

100% of Proceeds to Benefit Healthy Beginnings Program

Details

Who: You and your family. Yes, bring the kids.

What: 4 hour spin ‘a’ thon to benefit the Healthy Beginnings Program and to raise awareness about SIDS.

When: Please come and join the “joint venture” of CPMI, Inc® and the HRC Multisport Club at the Montgomery County Mall on Sunday, February 15, 2009 from 1000 AM till 2:00 PM.

Why: Donations will be handed directly to Healthy Beginnings Representatives in the form of cash, check, diapers, formula, or other baby necessities.

What you need to bring: A lively spirit, your legs, your bike, your trainer, and your donations (doesn’t matter how big or small). Sport drinks and music will be provided. You don’t have to ride the entire 4 hours. Get off, go shop, play with your family, then come back and join the group for some “recovery” snacks.

Or

Don’t have a trainer? Relays are acceptable. Just come and hang out with us. (we are not going anywhere).

A few more details about this family fun fundraiser!



*** We would like to know approximately how many people to expect so we have plenty of food available. Please let Brian (that’s me) know if you plan to attend. You can send your response & any questions to bszydlik at cpmiteam dot com.





*** The Spin ’a’ thon will take place on the first floor right in front of Macy’s. There is a nice sitting area and plenty of space. It will be most convenient to park and enter on the South side of the Mall in between Sears and Dicks Sporting goods. See the floor plan below:

***Again, the intent behind this Spin ‘a’ thon is to raise awareness about SIDS. There is no minimum donation criteria. Give what you can, we know times are tough. But please do give your time and come hang out with us. I will be sending out a few more reminders before the 15th. Have a great day!



*** The mall opens for walkers at 7:00 am. Stores open at 11:00 am on Sundays. We are starting at 10:00. So, we will essentially have the mall to ourselves for an hour. Thus, come early if your really motivated J
