I just don't think I could run a race named after a candy bar. I'd be thinking about eating a Snickers the whole time!!!!

i ran it last year and bq's there. its nice and flat mostly with some mild rollers. well volunteered. albany is kind of lame but there is one decent italian restraaunt. ice cold beer afterwards and all you can eat snicker marathon bars.

im hoping to run the half this time as part of my build up for boston. everyone mixes in at the start. its smallish and nice.

I ran the 1/2 last year and PR'ed there. What I liked most was the course- it wasn't exactly all flat, but wasn't hilly either. The hills were very small so it was really good on the legs- not continually beating up the same muscles over and over again, as a totally flat or hilly course would do. I'm running the full this year and looking forward to it.
