Subject: New from Alaska...
I am from North Pole Alaska and am planning on participating in my first Sprint Triathlon this July. It is cold here until the end of april so my training will be mostly indoors. Does anyone have tips or advice. Any other beginners out there from cold climates??

Welcome to BT and to triathlons!  If you go to "Forums" and then "Search Forums" (right underneath that main "Forums" link), you can do a search for cold weather training tips or something along those lines.  Here's a link to a thread of people discussing the different temperatures in which they've run.  If I recall, some people talked about clothing tips as well.
