Get Your Rear in Gear 5K - March 22

Hey folks! I'm helping organize the First Annual Get Your Rear in Gear 5K in Philadelphia on March 22. Get Your Rear in Gear will help raise money for local colon cancer programs, and promote awareness of the disease. I would love to see some BT faces at the race! For those of you looking for a longer workout that day.... The Delaware Valley Bike Club is hosting a group "Ride, Run, Ride" on race day. They will meet in Conshohoken, ride to the race, run the 5K and ride back. For more details, see the DVBC ride calendar at: http://www.dvbc.org/
