There always one thing that makes me sleep like a baby, and it doesn't always require the presence of another. Don't reach for Tylenol PM, reach for endorphins.

I take a sublingual pill called GABA Calm. It is a natural occuring amino acid in our body that stimulates relaxation. It gives me a good night sleep. Some days I will be groggy for the first five minutes after waking up but after I start moving around I'm good to go. I found it at Vitacost.com and I take it whenever I know I need a good night sleep.

Thanks guys! It's good to know the few nights before a race is where you get your good sleep in...maybe I'll make a mix of some chill songs to listen to on my boyfriend's IPOD!
