Just thinking out loud here after watching some old clips of cyclists w/o helmets on a couple years back. In addition to your helmet and maybe lights, what other safety gear do u wear? Anybody go over the top with a mouth piece?

Hi-Vis vest if I run/ride when it's overcast.  I've got a couple of blinky lights for running.

I wear an inflatable suit that works off of CO2 cartridges.  Only problem is that it gets really cold when it inflates.

This was a good picture for a laugh first thing in the morning.  Normally I wear a stretchable reflective belt diagonally across my body when I run and if it's dark/foggy I wear a head lamp.

Reflective wrist & ankle bands when running after dark.
