Won a SRAM Red Crankset on eBay, doesn't come with a bottom bracket...is buying the SRAM red BB that's ceramic worth the extra money over the Force bracket that's not ceramic?

"Worth the extra money" is going to depend solely on the individual, after all look at all the triathletes who pay twice as much (or more) for Zipp wheels to achieve only fractional performance gains.

For cranks, I would say no. In wheels the difference is more noticable, they just spin forever.

The wheel bearings are cheaper too. I can upgrade my hubs for about $100 front/rear if I want.

I voted no, but you have to decide for yourself.  Tweaking your poisition may get you more gains for less cost.

I voted yes .... because I have them in my Zipp Vuma Quad set on my road bike.  I had a choice and I got the ceramic.  Any reduction in friction is a good thing.  But yes, getting ceramic in the hubs would be a more significant benefit.

They are like pure butter though!!  So frickin' smooth!!

don't forget a reduction in weight...

I have ceramic BB on my road bike (add clip-ons and it's a TT bike) and on my mtn bike.  I also have ceramics in my SLRs on the mtn bike and the FSA wheels on the road bike.  They are defnitely worth it.  So Smooth.
