Good pace, considering I have only been running for the past 30 days and stopped running since September of 2007. So I'm happy with my run but definitely will want to pick up the pace with interval training, starting this week.

Not enough time to prepare for the run portion.

Event comments:

Since this was their second event, they did a great job. Plenty of volunteers and everyone was helpful. I plan on doing it again next year.
