Pre-race routine:

was at tha start area at about 8 am. I dropped of my bag at the baggage drop then back to the car to read for a bit and stay warm

Comments:

it had snow the night before so it was a bit chilly but overall not to bad, I loved the route and plan to do it again. There was a few patch of slush and snow but overall better than what I expected it to be. I am pleased with my time as this is a PR for a half marathon for me.

What would you do differently?:

work on keeping a better pace for the complete 13 miles

Warm down:

got to the finish and got some water and walked around

What limited your ability to perform faster:

the colder temps. but overall I think I do better somestimes in cooler temps

it was a great event and I was happy to see many people out there on a cold day
