Congratulations on a great time and PB! Downhill or not, still counts. Good to see your feet are working fine and that you enjoyed the big race with 10 000 runners. It is surreal!

Congrats on the PB! And I totally got the sound of breathing & clopping...the 10K we do here in March is 30,000 of your closest friends running down cobblestone. It's awesome. Even starting in the 8th or so wave, for as far as the eye can see, it is just bodies to the turnaround.

You rocked this race! Good job!

Come on, old shoes? That's a rookie mistake. You should have two pairs of shoes going at all times!

But, despite your "granny knees" you had a very good time - better than I've run! And I know Yonge street - that would have been amazing in the relative quiet. Well done. Sounds like, other than the almost tumble and knock knees that it was a great experience!

Great race report too! Load up some pictures to it!
