Subject: running schedule/volume/intensity help needed
I am about to add a 4th day of running per week and rejigure my running days to become Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I am unsure about what to do on Wednesday and Friday as my schedule might look something like this:

Sunday: Long run, up to 90 mins
Monday: Recovery run, ~30 mins
Wednesday: Run ~60 mins with speed/tempo/intervals/etc?
Friday: Go easy in anticipation for long bike on Sat and long run on Sun?

Thoughts?

I am no coach, but I would move Monday to Tuesday.  I am not sure what a "recovery" run is the day after a long run.  Everything else looks fairly kosher (depends on the rest of your s/b schedule, which you don't state)

That looks okay.  But Friday should be a "get out and run" run of about 45 - 60 minutes at general aerobic pace.  Basically your everyday run pace.  Don't "anticipate" what you are going to feel the next day for your ride.  Just get your run in at the right effort level.
