Comments: Just what I wanted, nice chats with other runners, it was to be a fun day, my birthday, not a PR day... and it was... What would you do differently?: Nothing...  Transition 1
Comments: Had a nice and easy time with transition... between big waves so there was no traffic in the area.... What would you do differently?: Nothing, it was a great day and an easy transition...  Bike
Comments: A very nice ride, enjoyed that portion a lot... My family was stopped in traffic when I was passing one of the intersections, we got to waive to each other... a good day... What would you do differently?: Nothing... Transition 2
Comments: Kids were there with their cameras, lots of hugs... a moment to share... PR down the drain, but the day is perfect... What would you do differently?: Nothing... Run
Comments: I was getting very hot again, but unlike last OHio race, I kept the fluid and salt up and did not push it... made for a lousy run but I had lots of energy for the rest of the day with my family... well worth it... What would you do differently?: Nothing... Post race
Warm down: None, spent time with family What limited your ability to perform faster: Took it easy to be sure the rest of the day went well... did not cost too much time, increased my enjoyment of the course and day... interesting... Event comments: Well run regional race, everyone seemed to have a great time and I will do it again next year if the opportunity presents itself... Up early, drank an Odwalla protein drink and then went and set up Athletes for a Cure tent. Did a gel 15 minutes before with lots of water...
None... busy at Athletes for a cure tent and pre-race prayer
