IF you had 11 training sessions per week, how would you distribute it for each disipline?

Which discipline would you only train 3 times and which 4 times?

I say 3 swim, 4 bike, 4 run. I'm a stronger swimmer and weaker in biking and running. I need more sessions biking and running. Usually the triathlon swim is shorter (time wise) in comparison to bike and run so I would dedicate time to bike and run

Riding the bike is where I need to spend more time. It's my weakest area.

Swim 4 because I need to swim as much as possible, and I can't manage much more than 2500m per workout right now without injuring myself.

Run 4 because when I run 3 I tend to get injured.

Bike 3 because you leave me no option but to bike 3, and I think I can do three long sessions per week on the bike without injuring myself, if need be, to get the mileage/time that I want.

Swim X4, Bike X4, Run X3 - Running is much harder on the body than the other two.  Give it time to adequately recover between run workouts

Run more (in a gradual fashion, of course) and your body will begin to adapt.  Limiting yourself to 3 runs per week because it's "too hard on the body" is short-sighted, IMO.

Swim 3, Bike 3, Run 5

With a limit of 11 I would go with either JK's recommendation or Swim 4, Bike 2, Run 5.  However those two bikes are going to be serious

If possible, I would look to squeeze in a few extra workouts like bike commuting and transition runs off the bike.  This way you could add 10-20 minutes of easy running off the bike without really adding an extra workout.

x2 - I'm a big fan of building to the run 7x/week plan

I put swim x2, Run x5, bike x4.

I have a swimming background, so I can turn in a good result on relatively smaller amounts of time in the water. I'm working on getting my run pace for general workouts back below 7:00, so I'm focusing on the run a little more, and trying to build bike base at the moment.

Swim 3x, Bike 3x, Run 5x OR possibly Swim 2x, Bike 4x, Run 5x.

No matter what, my run is still pathetic, and it needs the most work, but I can get by on much less swim time.

11 times to workout-that must be nice
I feel fortunate to get 1S 3B 3R. I like doing other stuff (sleeping, working, family) to try to get 11 hour sessions in.
