Comments: PR for a 5 K of 26.52. Felt good, little right ankle pain on mile 3. wife says i need to raise my pain threshold What would you do differently?: HR Strap wasn't tight enuff, lost my readings after mile 1, tried to mess with it but no use Transition 1
Comments: Hey I did it, practiced shoes on pedals on Friday and did it in the race today. Very happy, took 35 seconds off my transition from when I did a full duathlon here last year. What would you do differently?: Need to learn about the rubber band thing on the shoes, Bike
Comments: Passed 35 on the bike, caught my wife at mile 10. What would you do differently?: Get some hill work in somehow. Post race
Warm down: endurox light stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: hills Event comments: Good challenging course. Its part of a 3 race series they have been putting on for years. Nice folks, very low key atmosphere and a great place to work on hills. Last updated: 2005-04-24 12:00 AM
